How do I place an order for collection?

Please fill out an online order request form. Please note, this is not confirmation of your order. Alternatively, you can order by getting in touch across our social media channels.

About collection:

Collections will take place from Barry, CF62. Collections are available Monday-Saturday.

How long will my box stay fresh for?

We recommend that your brownie box be kept in the fridge for optimum freshness (and fudginess). If kept in the fridge, it will last 7-10 days. 

If stored at room temperature, all boxes are best eaten within a week.

Products are also suitable for home freezing.

Do you offer products tailored to certain dietary/allergen requirements?

YES! Brownies can now be made with a gluten-free base. Please make a note when ordering or get in touch via social media to discuss.  However, due to the nature of the business, all of our boxes are prepared and baked in an environment where wheat (gluten), eggs, milk (dairy), soya, and nuts are present amongst other allergens. As a result, products are not suitable for coeliacs. 

Can I amend my order?

If you need to amend your order, please do so as soon as possible via Instagram, Facebook or using our contact form, and we will try our best to assist you! 

Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds in the event you would like to cancel your order.

Do you offer catering/wholesale?

Yes! We offer catering for all sorts of events. Wholesale is also available for all of our products. Please get in touch to discuss!
